How to get your tomtom repaired by compu-sat.

1. Put the tomtom unit and your contact details into a ‘jiffy bag’ or small box, we do not need the charger or data cables.

2. Contact details required are Name, Address, Telephone Number and email address.


4. If you supply a mobile number we will text you to confirm safe arrival.

5. If you have stated the repair/fault required, the tomtom will be repaired as quoted / published unless we find a different fault.

     In this case we will telephone/email you and await your confirmation prior to any repairs being carried out.

6. On completion of the repairs and testing you will be sent a online payment invoice via your supplied email address.

7. We will text your mobile to confirm this has been done. You can then either go to a PC and click to pay following the onscreen

     instructions or telephone us and pay over the telephone with a debit or credit card.

8. Click to pay with a debit card, credit card or use a PayPal account if you have one. You do NOT need a PayPal account to

     complete the payment process.

9. We are automatically notified once you have paid the invoice. If payment is no later than 3.00pm your item/s will be dispatched

     the same day (Mon-Fri)

10. If payment is received after the 3.00pm cut off the item/s will be dispatched the following working day (Mon-Fri)
